📋 Description

• Own the books across all US entities in QuickBooks Online and the India entity in Tally, including entries, categorization, and accuracy • Reconcile three years of financial records, invoices, outstanding amounts, and payment obligations • Track and manage incoming and outgoing invoices across entities • Manage accounts payable end to end • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliation between US and India entities • Consolidate books of account between holding companies and subsidiaries • Maintain a forward-looking cash flow tracker • Reconcile bank transactions, payment confirmations, and internal records • Handle India payroll bookkeeping and coordinate statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and MCA filings • Support construction draw applications and other external financial processes • Flag gaps, inconsistencies, and risks proactively • Bring structure and ownership to a fast-moving accounting environment

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of full-cycle accounting experience across both India and US books • Deep proficiency in QuickBooks Online (non-negotiable) • Strong working knowledge of Tally • Hands-on experience handling India statutory payroll compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, PT) personally • Experience managing accounts and consolidation for multiple entities simultaneously • Strong written and verbal English • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • High comfort using AI tools to automate and streamline workflows • Experience with US real estate or construction accounting, including draw applications • Ability to work with at least 5–6 hours of overlap in US Central Time every working day
