📋 Description

• Manage incoming event inquiries and support guests from initial contact through completed booking • Clarify requirements and prepare suitable offers • Follow up on outstanding inquiries • Coordinate bookings and provide store teams with all relevant information • Keep track of outstanding tasks, appointments, and details • Review existing procedures and contribute your own ideas • Continuously improve event processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, reservations, event sales, event organization, or inside sales • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Friendly, clear, and professional communication, both in writing and by phone • Willingness to take responsibility and act proactively • Reliable and thorough execution of daily tasks • Curiosity about new tools and more efficient ways of working • Excellent German language skills • Confident working with digital systems
