📋 Description

• Handle incoming event inquiries and support guests from initial contact through completed booking • Clarify customer requirements and prepare suitable proposals • Follow up on open inquiries • Coordinate bookings and provide Store Teams with all relevant information • Keep track of outstanding tasks, appointments, and details • Review existing processes and contribute ideas for continuously improving event operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, reservations, event sales, event coordination, or inside sales • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Friendly, clear, and reliable communication, both in writing and by phone • Willingness to take responsibility and proactively identify next steps • Interest in new tools and more effective ways of working • Reliable and conscientious completion of daily tasks • Very good German language skills • Confident use of digital systems
