📋 Description

• エンタープライズ・リスクマネジメント、コンプライアンスリスク、内部統制活動の設計・運用・モニタリングおよび継続的改善の支援 • 重要な業務リスク、コンプライアンスリスク、倫理リスク、事業継続リスクを特定・評価・報告し、適切な低減策の実行を支援する • 議題準備、情報収集、議事録・アクション管理、エスカレーション資料作成を行う • 経営層および関連委員会向けに、リスク/統制状況、課題、選択肢、提言を分かりやすく整理した報告資料を作成する

🎯 Requirements

• 事業会社またはプロフェッショナルサービスにおける5年以上の関連実務経験 • リスク評価、統制設計・モニタリング、コンプライアンスプログラム、インシデント対応、調査支援等に関する実務知識 • 限定的な監督のもとでタスクおよび小〜中規模施策を管理し、アクションログ、関係者フォロー、期限管理、品質の高い文書化を行う能力 • 事実関係の整理、根本原因・統制ギャップの特定、影響評価、リスクベースの提言を行う分析力・問題解決力 • 機密情報、内部通報案件、センシティブな関係者コミュニケーションを扱ううえでの高い倫理観、健全な判断力、守秘性 • 日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力 • Microsoft 365等の業務ツールを活用し、報告書、プレゼンテーション、トラッカー、基本的なデータ分析を作成できること
