📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with Global R&D and related business stakeholders and understand business challenges, needs, and priorities • Propose, implement, and support adoption of IT and digital solutions to achieve business goals and create business value • Align priorities, expectations, and solution direction between business and IT functions • Lead planning, execution, and progress management for assigned IT projects and initiatives • Identify and manage project issues and risks and drive appropriate mitigation measures • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success • Drive stable operation and continuous improvement of assigned systems and applications • Share project status, risks, issues, and system-change information with stakeholders • Collaborate with global and regional IT teams and support execution of IT strategy and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience • 5+ years of professional experience in IT or digital-related fields • Broad foundational knowledge of business systems and IT operations • Knowledge of IT service management, project management, or IT governance • Understanding of ITIL, PMBOK, COBIT, Agile, or equivalent frameworks is desirable • Problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to think autonomously and act proactively in a changing environment • Ability to work in Japanese and English; business-level proficiency is desirable • Continuous-learning mindset and willingness to acquire new technology and business knowledge • Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries is desirable • Knowledge of R&D business processes and supporting IT systems is desirable • Understanding of GxP regulations, CSV, and compliance requirements in regulated environments is desirable • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multinational teams
