📋 Description

• 日本およびグローバルの事業部門と連携し、業務の有効性、業務効率、および組織パフォーマンスの向上につながるデジタルソリューションおよび情報システムの企画・設計・導入・運用支援を担う。 • Global R&Dおよび関連部門のステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築し、業務上の課題、ニーズ、および優先事項を理解する。 • ビジネス目標の達成と事業価値の創出に向けて、ITおよびデジタルソリューションを提案し、その導入・活用を支援する。 • ビジネス部門とIT部門の橋渡し役として、優先順位、期待値、およびソリューション方針の整合を図る。 • 担当するITプロジェクトおよび施策について、計画策定、実行、および進捗管理をリードする。 • プロジェクトの課題やリスクを特定・管理し、適切な対策を推進する。 • 社内外の関係者と連携し、プロジェクトの成功に向けて推進する。 • 担当するシステムおよびアプリケーションの安定運用と継続的な改善を推進する。 • プロジェクトの状況、リスク、課題、およびシステム変更に関する情報を関係者へ共有する。 • グローバルおよびリージョナルのITチームと連携し、IT戦略および各種イニシアチブの実行を支援する。

🎯 Requirements

• 大学卒業(学士号)またはそれに相当する実務経験を有すること。 • ITまたはデジタル関連分野で5年以上の実務経験を有すること。 • 業務システムおよびIT運用に関する基本的かつ幅広い知識を有すること。 • ITサービスマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント、またはITガバナンスに関する知識を有すること。 • 問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力、およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力を有すること。 • 変化の多い環境において、自律的に考え、主体的に行動できること。 • 日本語および英語で業務遂行が可能なレベルのコミュニケーション能力を有すること。ビジネスレベルが望ましい。 • 継続的に学び続ける姿勢を持ち、新しい技術やビジネス知識の習得に前向きであること。 • ITIL、PMBOK、COBIT、Agile、その他同等の手法・フレームワークの理解が望ましい。 • 製薬業界、ライフサイエンス業界、またはその他の規制産業における業務経験が望ましい。 • 研究開発(R&D)業務プロセスおよびそれを支援するITシステムに関する知識が望ましい。 • GxP規制、CSV(Computerized System Validation)、および規制環境下で求められるコンプライアンス要件に関する理解が望ましい。 • 部門横断的なチームや多国籍チームと協働した経験を有すること。
