📋 Description
• 参天製薬コンプライアンス・プログラムを推進し、コンプライアンス文化の醸成に貢献する • 従業員をビジネス・パートナーとして日常的に支援し、必要な助言を行う • コンプライアンス・プログラムとグローバル・コンプライアンス・チームの使命について従業員の理解と支援を得る • 担当エリアのMR・SR活動に関する定型的・基本的な企画審査、教育、助言を行う • リスク分析に基づくチームの年間活動計画の作成に参画する • 担当するモニタリング、検証、対応策の実施・改善を進める • 医療用医薬品の販売情報提供活動に関するガイドライン担当者として、モニタリング、指導、研修等を実施する • プロモーション活動における医薬品・医療機器業公正競争規約の遵守状況をモニタリングする • 担当エリアの支店長および営業所長と定期的に情報交換し、助言・サポートを提供する
🎯 Requirements
• 医療用医薬品または医療機器業界におけるコンプライアンス関連業務の経験がある方 • 医療用医薬品公正競争規約、医療機器業公正競争規約および医療用医薬品の販売情報提供活動に関するガイドラインに関する知識・理解 • 各種関連法規等を自ら習得する意欲があり、上司の監督の下で定型的・基本的な業務を自ら遂行するとともに、必要に応じて適切に相談できる方 • 業務を円滑に進めるためのコミュニケーション力がある方 • 問題解決意識と柔軟な姿勢を持ちながら、対応できること・できないこと、およびその理由を明確かつ分かりやすく伝えられる方 • ITツール操作能力：Word・PowerPointの基本操作スキルがある方 • 透明性ガイドラインの知識・理解（なお望ましい）
