📋 Description

• 全社戦略および中期経営計画の策定・実行を主導する • 全社視点で事業戦略・事業ポートフォリオを検討し、主要課題を抽出する • 経営課題を構造化し、解決策の立案から推進、成果創出まで一貫して担う • 市場、競合、規制、マクロ環境などの定量・定性情報を分析し、経営上の重要論点を整理する • 経営判断および資源配分に関する示唆を提供する • 財務・管理本部と協働し、売上・利益・資本効率などの財務目標を策定する • 全社目標を各部門のKPIへ落とし込み、KPIマネジメントをリードする • 経営管理手法およびガバナンスの高度化を企画・導入する • 成長投資、コスト、人材などの経営資源の優先順位付け・意思決定プロセスを変革する • 部門・地域をまたぐ利害関係の整理と合意形成をリードする • 戦略を現場で実行し、P/LおよびKPIに反映されるまで推進する • 戦略立案、KPIマネジメント、経営層コミュニケーションを担うプロフェッショナルチームを構築・育成する • Corporate Strategy機能の知見と働き方をSantenグループ全体へ展開する

🎯 Requirements

• 戦略コンサルティングファーム、または事業会社における経営企画・戦略関連部門にて、全社レベルの戦略策定および実行に関与した実務経験（概ね5年以上） • 中期経営計画、全社戦略、重要経営課題の検討など、経営層に直接向き合うテーマを自らリードした経験 • 戦略立案にとどまらず、KPI設計・進捗管理・意思決定支援を通じて、実行および成果創出まで関与した経験 • 医薬品・ライフサイエンス業界に関する業務経験 • 複雑で不確実性の高い経営課題に対する問題解決力 • 定量・定性情報を統合し、経営上の意思決定事項を選択肢として提示できる力 • 事業計画、損益構造、投資判断、資本効率などの経営数値に関する十分な理解 • 経営幹部・上級管理職と対等に議論し、合意形成を前に進める力 • 海外地域を含む関係者を巻き込み、意思決定と実行を推進できるリーダーシップ • チームとして成果を最大化し、若手・中堅人材を育成した経験 • 日本語および英語による業務遂行能力
