📋 Description

• 全社の経営戦略策定を担うCorporate Strategy部門のシニアメンバーとして、参天製薬の基本理念およびVisionに基づき、中長期的なグローバル成長の実現に向けて、全社戦略の策定および実行を主導するポジションである。 • 経営層と緊密に連携し、全社視点で経営課題を特定・構造化した上で、実行可能な解決策の立案から推進、成果創出までを一貫して担う。 • 経営課題を整理し、解決策の立案および実行を推進するとともに、PDCAを通じて進捗・成果を管理し、全社プロジェクトの運営を担う。

🎯 Requirements

• 戦略コンサルティングファーム、または事業会社における経営企画・戦略関連部門にて、全社レベルの戦略策定および実行に関与した実務経験(概ね5年以上) • 中期経営計画、全社戦略、重要経営課題の検討など、経営層に直接向き合うテーマを自らリードした経験 • 戦略立案にとどまらず、KPI設計・進捗管理・意思決定支援を通じて、実行および成果創出まで関与した経験 • 医薬品・ライフサイエンス業界に関する業務経験 • 問題解決力 • 定量・定性の情報を統合し、経営として「何を決めるべきか」を明確な選択肢として提示できる力 • 財務・数値に関する知見 • コミュニケーション・リーダーシップ • 組織・人材に関する意欲と経験
