🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting with a proven track record of shaping strategy, driving transformation, and creating measurable business value • Trusted advisor to senior executives, with experience leading high-impact initiatives and influencing strategic decision-making • Industry expertise in Banking or Insurance and a strong ability to translate strategic ambition into business outcomes • Exceptional analytical, commercial, and communication skills; Master's degree and fluency in English and German required
