📋 Description

• Partner with SAP Fioneer's Executive Team and senior leaders from leading banks and insurers • Shape the strategic agenda of a company at the forefront of Financial Services innovation • Define growth platforms and create new business models • Unlock industry-shaping opportunities • Drive decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives determining SAP Fioneer’s and the industry’s future • Help define growth strategies and unlock new business opportunities • Influence strategic decisions with lasting business and industry impact

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting • Proven track record of shaping strategy, driving transformation, and creating measurable business value • Experience as a trusted advisor to senior executives • Experience leading high-impact initiatives and influencing strategic decision-making • Industry expertise in Banking or Insurance • Ability to translate strategic ambition into business outcomes • Exceptional analytical, commercial, and communication skills • Master's degree • Fluency in English and German
