📋 Description

• Support Account Executives in identifying prospects’ fraud and compliance needs • Prepare and deliver customized demonstrations showcasing the impact of Sardine’s platform • Interface with Security teams to articulate Sardine’s security posture and complete security reviews • Complete RFPs for competitive opportunities • Create comprehensive Solution Designs addressing prospects’ needs • Collaborate with peers to improve Sales Engineering team processes • Work with Product and Engineering teams to identify product-suite improvements and help prioritize and design solutions • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers throughout the sales process • Provide field insights to help shape the product roadmap and support customer excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years prior experience as a Sales Engineer, System Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar roles • Prior experience in similar roles within the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain • Experience with APIs • Strong understanding of JSON • Proficiency in one or more of Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java • Bonus: knowledge of web development principles and/or ability to build internal tools using one of these languages • Strong analytical skills, including ability to dig into technical details and turn them into a proposed solution • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment working with global clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
