📋 Description

• Provide service and customer support during field and inhouse visits or dispatches • Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions • Produce timely and detailed service reports • Ensure timely and correct documentation of processes • Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems • Follow company field procedures and protocols • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization • Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings • Contact customers concerning customer-file processes • Build positive customer relationships • Support domestic and international customer installations, maintenance, repairs, training and other service activities • Share technical knowledge and best practices and support development and training of junior team members • Achieve assigned service KPIs, including utilization, response time, service quality, customer satisfaction and other defined performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in chemistry, biology, physical measurements or similar • Minimum 2 years of proven field service experience • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally • High customer orientation • Team spirit • Ability to share knowledge, collaborate effectively, and support the development of colleagues • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications • Good command of spoken and written English
