📋 Description

• Provide service and customer support during field and in-house visits or dispatches • Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions • Produce timely and detailed service reports • Ensure timely and correct documentation of processes • Operate a vehicle safely and use field automation systems • Follow company procedures and protocols • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization • Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations or briefings • Contact customers concerning customer-file processes • Build positive relationships with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in chemistry, biology, physical measurements or similar • Minimum 2 years of proven field service experience • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules • High customer orientation • Team spirit • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications • Good command of spoken and written English
