📋 Description

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across client accounts • Design graphics, carousels, reels, and other marketing assets using Canva • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns • Upload and format website content in WordPress • Publish blog articles and content updates • Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles • Prepare client reports and performance summaries • Support landing page updates and website improvements • Coordinate multiple client deliverables and deadlines • Review content before publishing and conduct quality assurance checks • Follow up on outstanding approvals, content, and client requirements • Maintain project trackers and internal systems • Identify and resolve issues proactively • Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns • Support campaign reporting and performance analysis • Review and refresh advertising creative and messaging • Support SEO implementation activities • Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or client-facing marketing environment • Strong experience using Canva • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Experience using WordPress • Experience building email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously • Experience supporting clients in real estate, construction, property, professional services, or related industries highly desirable • Experience with Meta Ads Manager highly desirable • Experience with Google Ads highly desirable • Experience with Google Analytics highly desirable • SEO knowledge and content optimization experience highly desirable • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage own workload • Proactive and solution-oriented approach • Understanding of different marketing channels and platforms • Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms
