📋 Description

• Oversee internal and external IT compliance and audit processes and frameworks • Design and facilitate a robust internal IT audit plan • Liaise with internal and external audit stakeholders across the organisation • Coordinate, track and deliver management actions resulting from audit activity • Maintain a central register of technology controls supporting risk management and regulatory obligations • Improve documentation of internal audit processes • Examine, develop and improve policies and procedures • Align internal IT standards and processes with customer expectations • Develop reporting methodologies and mechanisms for end customers • Run weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and audit check cycles • Manage and improve PCI compliance processes, including documentation, monthly audits, non-technical testing, tool management, communications, data flow diagrams, risk questions and annual PCI attestation • Consult external PCI consultants on standards and best practices • Manage PCI data loss prevention filters to prevent prohibited card-related data transmission • Support adherence to PCI-DSS requirements and communicate PCI initiatives • Onboard business units, acquired brands and regions to centrally managed PCI processes • Assist with tabletop exercises for potential information security incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Tertiary qualification or relevant specialist certification in risk, compliance or internal audit • Extensive experience in governance, risk, compliance, or internal audit management • Demonstrated experience in designing, executing and closing out internal audit activities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly developed analytical skills • Time management skills under reporting deadlines • Stakeholder engagement skills • Data analyst skills • Collaborative, decisive, proactive, analytical, innovative and problem-solving qualities • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships, influence and engage
