📋 Description

• Own SEO and website delivery end to end • Plan, assign, check, and ship SEO and website deliverables on time • Monitor workload, deadlines, and risks • Escalate and resolve delivery issues by addressing root causes • Define SEO and website package contents and delivery processes • Create playbooks, SOPs, templates, and QA checklists • Collaborate with the Head of Product, sales, account management, and marketing teams on new packages • Manage the distributed SEO, content, and web team • Set goals, KPIs, and weekly operating rhythms including stand-ups, one-to-ones, and reviews • Coach team members and assist with hiring • Identify repetitive work and redesign workflows using AI • Build and share Claude skills, prompts, and n8n or similar automations • Establish guardrails for accurate, on-brand, and client-data-safe AI output • Measure hours saved, turnaround time, and error reduction • Review technical SEO, on-page SEO, content, local SEO, and website-build quality • Keep SEO practices current, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity visibility • Report delivery health to the Head of Product using on-time rate, quality, capacity, and turnaround metrics • Use data to remove bottlenecks and determine further automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Daily use of AI tools and demonstrated experience building workflows or automations that changed how a team works • 2+ years managing a delivery team, including remote or distributed staff across time zones • 5+ years in SEO • Solid technical SEO knowledge, including crawling and indexation, site structure, on-page SEO, Search Console, GA4, and audits • Experience running multiple client deliverables simultaneously to deadlines • Experience writing SOPs, QA checks, and standards adopted by teams • Ability to explain problems clearly and report to leadership using numbers • Nice to have: n8n, Zapier, Make, or light scripting • Nice to have: website delivery experience with Duda or WordPress • Nice to have: AI search visibility experience (AEO/GEO) • Nice to have: HubSpot and ClickUp • Nice to have: experience turning a service into a standard, repeatable product
