📋 Description

• Assemble, edit, and render 2–3 minute educational videos using Lumen5 • Produce 3 videos per lesson batch for structured learning pathways • Translate instructional scripts and scene-by-scene storyboards into visually dynamic video assets • Select, trim, and align stock imagery, video clips, icon sets, background music, and audio voiceovers in Lumen5 • Apply IML Media Guidelines, including color palettes, typography, safe margins, contrast ratios, and logo placements • Maintain visual consistency across multi-video CTE course modules • Enhance platform layouts using graphic design principles such as hierarchy, balance, timing, and motion pacing • Review video drafts against storyboards to ensure no omissions in text overlays or key concepts • Incorporate feedback from Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts • Export and organize final video files and project links according to file-management protocols

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, or digital video editing • Hands-on experience with the Lumen5 video creation platform, or strong proficiency in similar cloud-based AI video generators such as Synthesia, InVideo, or Canva Video, with ability to quickly adapt • Ability to transform dense Career Technical Education concepts into visually digestible and engaging content • Proven ability to follow strict style guides, brand books, and institutional media requirements • Excellent eye for typography, alignment, visual rhythm, and audio-to-video syncing • Prior experience creating content for K-12, Higher Education, or Career Technical Education learning products preferred • Familiarity with instructional design principles or working alongside Instructional Designers preferred • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred
