📋 Description

• Review inbound prospect files, including payroll, revenue, employee counts, and operations • Compile and submit E&O, D&O, and Cyber Liability applications • Complete ACORD applications for Workers' Comp and general commercial P&C • Upload underwriting packets to carrier portals or underwriters directly and follow up daily on status • Monitor QQCatalyst alert dashboard for accounts expiring in 60 to 90 days • Order and review loss runs and verify payroll, revenue, and property values • Coordinate with wholesale/surplus lines brokers on hard-to-place risks • Gather E&S documentation and fraud statements • Manage and update employee censuses for group health prospects and renewals • Run health insurance quote comparisons across carrier portals • Track open enrollment timelines and log plan/subsidy changes • Answer office phone calls • Collect new client information and set up client files • Check new forms for missing details • Send electronic welcome packets • Help the broker prepare for client meetings • Track renewal dates and send renewal notices • Collect updated client details and file updated forms • Follow up on pending documents • Maintain QQCatalyst data hygiene, including profiles, documents, effective dates, and communication logs • Send automated renewal reminders and chase missing underwriting information • Assist with renewal payment collection and EFT/ACH setup

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years supporting a US based independent insurance agency • Hands-on commercial quoting and renewal experience • Vertafore QQCatalyst proficiency required • Experience with major P&C, professional liability, and health carrier portals strongly preferred • Working knowledge of ACORD forms, loss runs, E&S compliance, cyber/professional supplements, and health census data
