📋 Description

• Deliver live online English language training sessions for learners across multiple proficiency levels • Facilitate Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced English programs following the prescribed curriculum • Create an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence • Conduct speaking activities, grammar sessions, vocabulary building exercises and pronunciation practice • Evaluate learner performance through regular assessments, assignments, quizzes and mock evaluations • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve continuously • Maintain attendance records, assessment reports and learner performance documentation • Identify learners requiring additional support and provide appropriate guidance • Ensure timely completion of course modules within the defined training schedule • Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to improve learning outcomes and training quality • Participate in curriculum enhancement discussions and suggest improvements wherever required • Stay updated with modern English teaching methodologies and learning techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English • Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and business communication • Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner • Excellent presentation and classroom management skills • Strong interpersonal and learner engagement abilities • Comfortable using online teaching platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams • Good documentation and reporting skills • Bachelor's Degree in English, Education or a related field • Certification in English language training, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or equivalent is an added advantage • Previous experience in spoken English, corporate communication or language training will be preferred.
