• Conduct technical sales calls to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions • Engage with prospects via live chat (Chatra), phone and text (Quo), and email • Answer detailed technical questions related to products, installation, and requirements • Build trust with customers through clear, consultative communication • Develop tailored recommendations based on customer requirements and technical constraints • Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs • Present complex technical information in a clear and accessible way • Track leads and follow-ups using Google Sheets (CRM implementation planned) • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline organization • Support the sales team in moving opportunities through the pipeline • Contribute to refining and improving sales processes as the business scales • Support the transition toward expanded sales coverage and operational efficiency
• 3–5 years of B2C sales experience, ideally in a technical or consultative sales environment • Experience handling high-ticket sales and guiding customers through complex purchasing decisions (preferred) • Strong ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong rapport-building skills with a customer-first approach • Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly learn complex product details • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a broader team • Familiarity with tools such as Chatra, Quo, Shopify, and Google Sheets (preferred) • Technical aptitude related to electrical systems, construction, or installation considerations (preferred)
