📋 Description

• Meet directly with clients to understand business processes, technical needs, challenges, and desired outcomes • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business and technical requirements • Translate client needs into clear requirements and practical solution recommendations • Analyze business processes and determine how systems, integrations, and workflows can address client needs • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Support template-based implementation projects involving CRM, ERP, accounting, and connected business systems • Develop understanding of systems, connectors, and data flows • Define and recommend solutions without custom software development responsibility • Coordinate with internal technical resources when deeper expertise is required • Support implementations from requirements gathering through solution delivery • Use AI tools to improve productivity and simplify repetitive implementation activities • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve internal processes • Create and improve AI-assisted workflows and skills using tools such as Claude • Evaluate processes and recommend more efficient AI- and automation-based approaches • Incorporate AI into client implementations and internal workflows • Develop understanding of company products, integrations, and technical capabilities • Support product demonstrations and technical conversations with prospective and existing clients • Assist with technical, integration, and solution-related sales questions • Help clients understand available solutions • Build client relationships through active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, business systems, or a similar analytical and client-facing environment • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions is preferred • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is preferred • Exposure to ERP or accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable systems is preferred • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or increase productivity is strongly preferred • Ability to analyze business challenges, identify underlying requirements, and recommend practical technology-based solutions • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and translate information between business stakeholders and technical teams • Ability to conduct effective client discovery conversations, actively listen, and identify underlying client needs • Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, APIs, or automation concepts • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude • Ability to learn CRM, ERP, accounting, SaaS, and integration platforms quickly • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to manage client-facing responsibilities while maintaining clear requirements, documentation, and communication • Candidates must be based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe • Availability to work U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone; application asks about availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format
