📋 Description

• Complete training to become a Junior Product Manager through a three-month remote/online bootcamp • Develop product vision and strategy • Conduct user research and interviews • Develop ideation and achieve problem-solution fit • Work on business models and product-market fit • Apply Lean Product Management and OKRs • Learn the fundamentals of UX/UI design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping • Conduct user testing and validation • Manage agile product development using Scrum or Kanban • Create user stories and work with backlogs, roadmaps, workflows, and releases • Apply product analytics, KPIs, event tracking, funnel, cohort, and retention analyses • Conduct software testing, bug reporting, and application monitoring • Use Google Analytics and Looker Studio • Receive career coaching, profile development, and support in creating a job application strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for technology and digital products • Enjoy working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and pair programming • Ability to convince customers and stakeholders of visions and plans • Team player with initiative and a pragmatic approach to work • Entrepreneurial mindset • Willingness to embrace uncertain situations as a challenge • German language skills at a minimum B2 level recommended • CV/resumé and application required
