📋 Description

• Analyze business models and user needs • Formulate hypotheses and translate insights into roadmaps and product-focused backlogs • Develop software based on proven architectural principles and modern patterns • Identify risks associated with the use of AI and monitor AI-driven decisions • Keep track of costs, API limits, and system performance • Develop prototypes and MVPs using modern AI tools • Automate testing and deploy software securely • Monitor quality, requirements fulfillment, and observability in production • Develop AI agents for various tasks and orchestrate their collaboration • Automate workflows and connect enterprise data through frameworks such as LangChain or MCP

• Passion for technology and product development • Solid knowledge of modern software development • Willingness to continue developing professionally • Interest in agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban • Ability to work effectively in a team • Ability to empathize with users and stakeholders • Understanding of technical solutions from a product perspective • Willingness to learn about AI development and agentic workflows • Openness to changes in the tech stack and to adopting new tools • Willingness to take on technical and product-strategic responsibility • German language proficiency at B2 level recommended
