📋 Description

• Desarrollar y configurar soluciones sobre BMC Helix ITSM / AR System • Crear workflows con Active Links, Filters y Escalations • Trabajar con Smart IT y vistas progresivas • Construir servicios en Digital Workplace Catalog • Configurar integraciones bidireccionales mediante REST/SOAP • Trabajar con SQL y Helix Dashboard • Participar en el desarrollo, evolución e integración de BMC Helix ITSM SaaS

🎯 Requirements

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Informática o Ciencias, con equivalencias para Ingeniería Técnica, Diplomatura o CFGS • Más de 5 años de experiencia con BMC Helix ITSM, al menos 3 en entorno SaaS • Certificación ITIL y conocimiento funcional de procesos ITIL • Experiencia sólida con motor ARS y workflows • Experiencia con Smart IT, vistas progresivas y Digital Workplace Catalog • Experiencia en integraciones API REST con sistemas externos • Se valorará experiencia con SOAP, LDAP, Azure AD, SQL, monitorización y Helix Dashboard
