• Working on projects with minimal oversight. This includes solving simple and complex problems. • Own interview scheduling across multiple time zones with speed and professionalism • Build and maintain candidate longlists using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases • Ensure ATS accuracy, clean data entry, and real-time pipeline update • Coordinate interview logistics including calendar holds, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups • Track candidate status and ensure zero pipeline stagnation • Create and manage recruiting dashboards and tracking sheets • Draft candidate outreach templates and follow-up communications • Support recruiters with sourcing research and talent mapping • Ensure hiring managers submit interview feedback on time • Prepare interview packets, scorecards, and briefing documents • Help reduce time-to-hire through operational excellence • Escalate bottlenecks proactively • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through responsiveness and professionalism
• 3+ years' experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or project coordination • Strong experience working inside an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, etc.) • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously • Excellent written English communication skills • Comfortable working US business hours • Proactive, not reactive — you anticipate needs • High responsiveness and urgency • Strong systems and process mindset • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
