📋 Description

• Support supervised legal-services work under the guidance of a Managing Associate • Develop legal, analytical and document-review skills • Gain exposure to workflows supporting private equity, capital markets and other specialist legal-services areas • Work with legal technology and AI-enabled workflows • Participate in a structured part-time internship alongside university studies

🎯 Requirements

• Current law student or recent law graduate in Mexico • Strong written and spoken English and Spanish • Good understanding of legal principles and legal-document structure • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability • Clear written communication • Reliable, organised and willing to learn • Ability to commit to the agreed schedule alongside studies • Comfortable learning new technology and working with structured processes
