📋 Description

• Develop Scytale’s cloud-based platform using AWS, microservices, and containerized solutions • Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design for scalable and robust software • Implement backend logic and create intuitive frontends • Integrate with third-party APIs • Work closely with product, stakeholders, and internal teams • Guide junior developers and promote knowledge sharing • Maintain coding standards • Improve platform efficiency, scalability, and maintainability • Stay updated on industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Node.js • 2+ years in React • Experience building and operating production services at a meaningful scale • Proven production experience with microservices architecture • Strong skills with relational and non-relational databases • Experience building and integrating REST APIs • Strong proficiency with AI coding tools, including Claude Code and Copilot • Experience with modern AI-assisted development practices • Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud providers • Ability to mentor and lead technical projects • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written skills • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage • Proficiency in software design principles and patterns • Experience developing high-scale SaaS solutions is a bonus • Experience developing AI features, including Agents, GenAI, and Lang, is a bonus • Deep understanding of CI/CD and QA automation processes is a bonus • Academic excellence in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is a bonus
