📋 Description

• Lead and develop an SAP development team, including functional and disciplinary management • Design modern end-to-end architectures on the SAP Business Technology Platform, with a focus on cloud, integration, SAP BTP services, and AI • Identify, prioritize, and implement AI and GenAI use cases in the SAP environment • Support innovative customer projects from initial concept through implementation • Develop MVPs, prototypes, and proof of concepts for scalable SAP cloud and AI solutions • Advise customers in workshops, architecture sessions, and pre-sales meetings • Work closely with customers, management, and interdisciplinary teams • Actively develop the SAP BTP and AI portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in SAP, cloud, architecture, or software projects • Ideally, experience in functional or disciplinary team leadership • Very strong knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform • Proficiency with CAP, Integration Suite, extension development, SAP AI Core, or comparable services • Good programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP • Understanding of modern cloud architectures • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly • Enjoyment of customer-facing work and a confident professional presence • Excellent German and English language skills
