📋 Description

• Design sophisticated backend solutions from the initial technical concept through production operation • Take responsibility for software architecture, APIs, data models, and integrations • Contribute to technology decisions and development standards • Use AI coding tools and coding agents productively for implementation, refactoring, testing, and error analysis • Critically evaluate and secure AI-generated code with regard to quality, security, and maintainability • Develop modern AI-powered applications and services • Integrate LLM APIs and external systems • Work closely with product owners, business teams, and other developers • Share knowledge and help shape the responsible use of AI in software development • Contribute to internal and external customer projects

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in backend development • Extensive experience with software architecture, APIs, databases, Clean Code, and automated testing • Very strong knowledge of at least one established backend technology, such as Python, Java, C#, TypeScript, or Node.js • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows • Demonstrable hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or comparable coding agents • Experience with prompt and context engineering • Responsible quality assurance of AI-generated outputs • Technical ownership, a collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills
