• 1+ year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical support • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail • Native or near-native English level • Ability to break down complex requirements • Confidence working with non-technical managers • Previous experience with SaaS configuration or back-office support is a plus
