📋 Description

• Play a critical role in leading the payroll services for SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service organization • Ensure payroll delivery assurance with high quality operational support across various areas • Responsible for orchestrating payroll service delivery for customers • Provide guidance, mentorship and training to the medior team members • Maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence • Support defining and establishing global and local standard payroll processes • Design, implementation, and maintenance of global payroll and HR business process standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in payroll outsourcing within a BPO environment • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including: payroll control centre, garnishments, payroll policies and controls, compliance and payments, reporting to local authorities • Practical experience with Employee Central Payroll and payroll control centre • Experience working with multinational clients • Knowledge of SLA and KPI reporting • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Ability to work under pressure and ensure high client satisfaction • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Fluent English and local language (written and spoken)
