📋 Description

• Install and commission service robots • Create technical documentation and develop German-language training materials • Conduct on-site customer training • Create instructional videos and visual process descriptions • Develop standard processes and knowledge bases • Answer and resolve technical customer inquiries • Work closely with the Swiss headquarters • Help shape the national and international service network • Provide telephone support and follow up with customers • Create and share content on LinkedIn • Represent the Sebotics brand visibly among customers and on social media channels

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training in mechatronics, IT, electronics, or a related field • Enjoy working with structure, responsibility, and building new initiatives • Strong communication skills—in writing, by phone, and in person • A strong hands-on, execution-focused mindset • Willingness to travel, including assignments lasting several days or weeks • Very good German and good English skills • Strong digital skills and confidence working with cloud, network, and software systems • Willingness to communicate visibly and represent the brand • Willingness to carry out installations, commissioning, and customer training in Germany and Switzerland
