📋 Description

• Prospect for new customers remotely and provide online support to micro and small businesses • Assist business owners and prospective business owners by phone, videoconference, chat, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels • Identify needs, provide guidance, answer questions, and direct customers to solutions that support business development and competitiveness • Conduct advisory services, consulting engagements, business diagnostics, introductory-level presentations, and technical discussions in virtual environments and online events • Route customer service requests and solution needs internally as appropriate • Prospect for customers and promote Sebrae courses, workshops, lectures, seminars, business consulting services, business missions, and development programs • Prepare, monitor, and analyze management reports and performance indicators • Perform activities in accordance with processes, policies, internal procedures, and quality standards • Record, update, and track customer information and interaction histories in the customer relationship management system • Produce content and insights through research, data collection, and trend monitoring • Support prospecting and customer service strategies and carry out initiatives related to the customer portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Management Processes, or other business-related fields • Experience in customer service, either in person or remotely • Experience in customer relationship management • Experience delivering presentations or seminars • Experience providing business management advisory services • Experience in business management consulting • Knowledge of business management • Knowledge of how to apply business diagnostic or management advisory tools • Knowledge of how to deliver presentations or seminars • Knowledge of legislation applicable to micro and small businesses, particularly Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEIs) • Knowledge of customer database systems • Knowledge of public speaking techniques • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Skills in value creation, adaptability and continuous learning, ownership and initiative, and building excellent customer relationships
