📋 Description

• Build the central system used by the go-to-market team, replacing fragmented data, outreach and communication setups • Model accounts, contacts and buying committees in the CRM • Build automated pipelines that pull, deduplicate, score and write data back from multiple sources • Build signal-based outbound, inbound scoring and routing, and account alerts • Build AI tools and agents for research, proposals and CRM updates • Design the central GTM data layer • Integrate tools through APIs and webhooks • Maintain scheduled jobs, error handling, monitoring and alerts • Investigate problems, identify root causes, ship fixes and document solutions • Report to the Head of GTM and collaborate with GTM, Sales, BDRs and AEs • Improve rep productivity, pipeline generation and system reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate (0–2 years) in Computer Science or another engineering field with a strong academic record • 1+ years of experience through a first full-time job or internships in a startup environment • Solid Python and hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks • Experience with version control (Git), scheduling, error and rate-limit handling, logging and debugging in production • Systems thinking and understanding of component dependencies • Hands-on experience with Claude, including Claude Code or the API; must-have • Built and shipped real projects such as an automation, scraper, data pipeline or internal tool • Independent, proactive and comfortable communicating remotely, especially in writing • Fluent English, spoken and written • German is not required • Nice to have: SQL and data modeling, CRM experience, GTM tools such as Clay, a data warehouse or cloud platform
