• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business, sales, or a related field • Experience in account management or field sales, ideally with initial exposure to key account management • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Sales-driven, solution-oriented personality with strategic understanding • Independent and structured working style and high willingness to travel within the region • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and assertiveness • Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office • Residence in or near North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, or Saarland • Solid understanding of key customer needs and the ability to develop tailored solutions • Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
