📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the North American Sales Team, local and global Product Marketing Organizations, and Seco Tools product and service teams • Support field sales and customers with training, technical knowledge, component processing, process documentation, troubleshooting, and productivity gains • Act as a technical expert on Seco Tools products and promote their applications across Medical, Aerospace, Automotive, and General Engineering industries • Deliver training sessions, cost-saving strategies, and customer-tailored solutions • Identify sales opportunities and create presentations showcasing Seco Tools’ value • Lead projects by coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and R&D teams • Use CRM tools to track and drive customer-focused activities • Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape product development • Participate in research and development projects for innovative tools and solutions • Champion new product introductions through training and target account strategies

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in marketing, sales, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in the metal machining industry • 5+ years in sales or applications • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming • Strong project management skills • Passion for mentoring others and building relationships • Excellent communication skills • Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken • Willingness to travel 30-50% • Experience working with Aerospace, Medical, and Automotive components preferred • Proven success in leading teams, fostering partnerships, and achieving shared goals preferred • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations while upholding organizational values preferred • Submit resume and cover letter, if applicable, in English
