📋 Description

• Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical .NET applications • Investigate incidents, debug issues, and implement fixes or minor enhancements • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and complex queries • Perform root cause analysis for application issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks • Document findings and solutions • Monitor and support SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, and data integration processes • Ensure system reliability and data accuracy • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams on releases, deployments, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a related role supporting enterprise applications • Strong experience with SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, stored procedures, and performance tuning • Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, including code-level troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis • Knowledge of SSIS, SQL Agent, incident management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira, and ITIL-based support processes • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Strong focus on ownership and attention to detail • Advanced English communication skills
