📋 Description

• Build and operate software for IDRE, a platform for Independent Dispute Resolution under the federal No Surprises Act • Develop full-stack features across React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL • Own features end to end, from product conversations through production deployment • Work on settlement calculation and case-state tracking for healthcare disputes • Collaborate daily with a small, senior engineering team and US-based colleagues • Contribute to architecture and product decisions • Work with financial and transactional systems involving payments, billing, claims, or settlements

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience • Production experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) • Advanced/professional spoken and written English • Based in a Latin American country • Able to work with substantial daily overlap with US Eastern Time • Ability to work and invoice as an independent contractor in the country of residence • Application must be completed personally • Interviews conducted live on video with camera on
