📋 Description

• Support requirements gathering and implementation through to the release and further development of a software application • Contribute to a project focused on expanding a communication and collaboration platform for the federal, state, and local governments • Combine technological expertise with the needs of customers and team members • Develop and maintain the Product Backlog, primarily comprising technical requirements, as well as ongoing sprint goals and releases • Analyze new requirements and derive User Stories for Java-, Spring Boot-, and React-based components • Support and advise customers as their primary point of contact • Stay informed about current developments and exchange knowledge with customers, Scrum Masters, other Product Owners, and developers • Take responsibility for continuous quality assurance and the delivery of new software components

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable vocational training in a technical field • Experience in software development, as a Technical Consultant, or as a Product Owner, preferably in agile software development projects • Strong knowledge of requirements analysis and the functional and technical design of software systems • Enthusiasm for the digitalization of public administration and the use of modern technologies in the public sector • Enthusiasm for working on complex subject areas in an interdisciplinary environment, combined with strong analytical thinking • Strong commitment to quality and enjoyment of engaging with internal and external stakeholders • Clear, comprehensible, and proactive communication skills • Willingness to travel • Excellent German language skills (C2 or native-level proficiency)
