📋 Description

• Manage and grow the customer base within the assigned sales territory • Provide tailored advice and coordinate targeted arrangements with customers • Create optimal shelf placement, engaging promotions, and professional in-store presentations • Train sales staff • Represent the company at trade fairs • Plan routes and complete reporting using iPad and online tools • Analyze competitors and market trends • Increase the visibility of premium tobacco products in retail stores and build strong relationships with retailers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field sales, sales, or retail • Strong communication skills, persuasive, and service-oriented • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Excellent written and spoken German • Category B driver's license • Confident using iPhone and iPad • Residence in one of the sales territories or willingness to relocate to the region
