📋 Description

• Manage and grow your customer base within the sales territory — providing tailored advice and coordinating targeted agreements • Ensure optimal product placement, execute creative promotions, and present a professional presence in stores • Train store sales staff and represent the company at trade fairs and events • Plan routes and submit reports via iPad and online tools — digital, efficient, and transparent • Analyze competitors and market trends — spotting opportunities before others do

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field sales, sales, or retail • Strong communication skills, persuasive, and service-oriented • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Valid driving license (Class B) and comfortable using iPhone & iPad • You live in one of our sales regions or are willing to relocate to the area
