📋 Description

• Generate new leads by phone • Identify the needs of prospective business clients • Schedule qualified sales appointments for the sales team • Document calls, contact details and appointments in the CRM system HubSpot • Follow up by phone with previously contacted prospects • Close collaboration with the sales and online marketing teams • Support the development of new target groups and sales opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• You are communicative, outgoing, and enjoy making calls • Enjoy proactively approaching potential customers • You remain friendly, motivated and goal-oriented even when faced with a “no” • Conduct conversations in a structured way and quickly identify the other party’s needs • A professional, reliable and likeable demeanor • Work independently, reliably and with attention to detail • Very good written and spoken German • Initial experience in telephone customer outreach, cold calling, appointment setting or sales is an advantage • Interest in online marketing and digital topics is desirable
