• Activating Customers in our system • Using kayako help desk software • Documenting questions and updating knowledge base and FAQ • Building pages on web2.0 sites (squidoo.com & hubpages.com) • Link building • Blogging using wordpress • Problem Solving • General administration • Assisting other team members with their workload
🎯 Requirements
• Have excellent English skills • Have experience in customer service • Pride yourself on your problem solving and organizational skills • Love getting the job done quickly with an attention to detail • Love working on the internet • Have a basic understanding of html and seo • Have fantastic experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook • Love learning new things, especially on the internet • Are self disciplined with good work ethic • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised • Have a strong sense of integrity and honesty • Have reliable internet access • Have full time availability
