📋 Description
• Provide daily operational support for clients' SAP environments • Manage and resolve daily operations issues based on tickets and incidents • Ensure support operations adhere to established SLAs • Maintain the stability and security of ongoing SAP operations • Support daily client operations rather than focusing on new implementation projects
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in SAP Basis and SAP Security • Strong background in operations support, managing tickets, incidents, and SLAs • Previous experience in implementation projects and architecture is acceptable, provided there is a strong willingness and capability to perform daily operations support • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Focus on daily client operations support rather than implementation projects • Experience in operations support based on tickets, incidents, and SLAs
