📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP users, including creation, modification, locking/unlocking, role assignment, and preparation of test users • Support creation and maintenance of simple, composite, and derived roles across BW, ECC, CRM, Portal, PO, HCM, and HANA DB systems • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user authorization incidents • Collaborate on internal and external audits by generating risk analysis and Segregation of Duties (SoD) reports • Monitor and manage SAP GRC tools to uphold security standards • Support SAP Fiori through tile and role creation and error tracking • Manage change requests and system documentation using ChaRM and Solman • Contribute to end-to-end digital transformation projects for global enterprise customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP Security administration, specifically with user and role management across multiple SAP environments • Experience managing SAP users, including creation, modification, locking/unlocking, role assignment, and preparation of test users • Experience creating and maintaining simple, composite, and derived roles in BW, ECC, CRM, Portal, PO, HCM, and HANA DB • Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC, Solman, and ChaRM • Experience supporting and troubleshooting authorizations within SAP Fiori • Strong background in auditing, risk analysis, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) • Advanced oral English proficiency for fluent conversational communication with US and international teams • Advanced Spanish proficiency • High-performance mindset, resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants (desired)
