📋 Description

• Creación, modificación, bloqueo y desbloqueo de usuarios SAP. • Asignación de roles y preparación de usuarios de prueba para proyectos. • Apoyo en la creación y mantenimiento de roles simples, compuestos y derivados en diferentes sistemas SAP. • Investigación y resolución de incidencias de autorización de usuarios. • Colaboración en informes sobre análisis de riesgos, segregación de funciones (SoD) y auditorías internas/externas. • Monitoreo y gestión de herramientas SAP GRC. • Soporte en Fiori, creación de Tiles y roles, y seguimiento de errores. • Manejo de Charm y Solman.

🎯 Requirements

• Inglés conversacional. • Capaz de entablar conversaciones con gente en US y otros sectores fuera de MX. • ADVANCED ENGLISH. • Experiencia o conocimientos en gestión de usuarios SAP, creación y mantenimiento de roles y autorizaciones en BW, ECC, CRM, Portal, PO, HCM y HANA DB. • Experiencia o conocimientos en troubleshooting de incidencias de autorización. • Conocimientos de auditoría, análisis de riesgos, segregación de funciones (SoD) y cumplimiento. • Conocimientos o experiencia con SAP GRC. • Conocimientos de SAP Fiori, creación de Tiles y roles. • Manejo de Charm y Solman.
