📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and plans • Mentor and guide mid-level and junior QA engineers • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress, JMeter, and Postman • Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback on testability and code quality • Analyze test results and provide data-driven recommendations for system improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement within QA processes • Act as a subject matter expert in software testing and quality assurance methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or Automation roles • Advanced expertise in Cypress and TypeScript for end-to-end automation • Proficiency in JMeter, Jest, Postman, and SQL/Database testing • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and modern testing tools • Expertise in executing complex test cases for API, Performance, and Load testing • Familiarity with Git for source and version control • Familiarity with AWS CI/CD pipelines and standard DevOps practices • Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills • Advanced Oral English • Native Spanish
