📋 Description

• Administer Azure infrastructure and governance, including subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, policy, and Entra Connect/cloud sync • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including identity lifecycle, groups, app registrations, enterprise applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO/federation via SAML and OIDC • Maintain IAM processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, role-based access, access reviews, and privileged access management • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, covering mailboxes, permissions, licensing, and access controls • Manage endpoints through Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management • Troubleshoot identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, and user access issues • Partner with internal IT teams on escalations • Monitor system health and alerts and support security and compliance standards • Perform routine maintenance, including patching and change control • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and support materials • Identify and drive process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience administering Azure infrastructure, resource groups, and RBAC policies • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID administration, including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO via SAML/OIDC • Solid background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows, including provisioning and privileged access management • Experience administering Microsoft 365 services and security controls • Demonstrated ability to manage endpoints and deployments using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot • Strong troubleshooting skills related to identity, authentication, DNS, and mail flow • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
