📋 Description

• Support governance and oversight of the Incident Management lifecycle • Coordinate incident reviews, post-mortem governance activities, remediation tracking, and operational reporting • Analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and operational risks to identify improvement opportunities • Strengthen operational resilience alongside cross-functional Engineering and SRE teams • Support governance and oversight of SDLC and Change Management processes • Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance activities, change reviews, and risk assessments • Produce executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and operational metrics • Support audit requests, control reviews, and regulatory engagements by preparing documentation and evidence • Act as product owner and subject matter expert for governance-related technology platforms • Gather requirements and coordinate user feedback • Drive workflow automation and improvements to governance effectiveness and operational efficiency • Maintain Incident Management, Post-Mortem, Change Management, and Operational Resilience procedures, playbooks, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management; or equivalent practical experience • Experience in Incident Management, Change Management, Production Engineering / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Engineering Governance, or Technology Risk • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including usage of AI tools • Experience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools such as advanced Microsoft Excel, Python, Power BI, and Tableau • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • ITIL, Agile, Product Ownership, Risk Management, or related certifications are a plus • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is desired
