📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate all QA activities across the STLC, including requirement analysis, test planning, design, execution, and closure • Develop and maintain detailed test plans and scripts focused on backend database validation and integration • Perform advanced backend testing scenarios, including data integrity, stored procedures, triggers, and database performance • Execute rigorous SQL query testing across various platforms • Lead end-to-end QA for complex web applications using exploratory, functional, and regression testing • Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Ops teams to identify, analyze, and resolve defects • Monitor and report quality metrics and project status to stakeholders • Implement and enforce QA best practices and organizational standards

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on backend and database validation • Expertise in writing and executing complex SQL queries (Oracle, MySQL, and/or SQL Server) • Strong knowledge of STLC principles and methodologies • Hands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems • Proven ability to test backend components, including stored procedures and triggers • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Advanced Oral English • Advanced Spanish
